Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the café to ensure smooth service
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate café staff to maintain excellent performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory efficiently
  • Ensure food, beverage, and service quality standards are maintained
  • Create staff schedules and support team development and training
  • Monitor sales performance and support cost control efforts
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently followed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service management
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Good communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems calmly
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic understanding of inventory management, reporting, and daily operations
  • Flexible, dependable, and service-oriented attitude
