Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to VIP guests and long stay residents.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check in and room orientation.
• Coordinate luggage handling, unpacking, and packing services when required.
• Arrange dining reservations, transportation, special requests, and local activities.
• Ensure guest rooms and suites are prepared according to established standards.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Liaise with housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of discretion.
• Monitor guest preferences and anticipate their needs to deliver a tailored experience.
• Ensure all services are delivered in line with hotel policies and luxury service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Officer, Concierge, or in a similar guest service role within a hotel is preferred.
• Professional certification in Butler Service, Hotel Management, Customer Service, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent grooming, etiquette, and presentation.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Good problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Proficiency in using hotel management systems is an added advantage.
