We are seeking a professional Butler to join our restaurant team. If you have exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
• Provide personalized table service while anticipating guests’ needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless dining experiences.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
• Maintain immaculate table settings and dining areas throughout service.
• Handle special requests and dietary preferences with accuracy.
• Assist with private dining events and VIP guest service when required.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper care of service equipment.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously.
• Uphold high standards of presentation, etiquette, and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Butler, Fine Dining Server, or in a similar guest service role within a restaurant or upscale dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with exceptional grooming standards.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Food safety and responsible service certifications are an added advantage.
