We are seeking a refined and service-focused Butler to join our team and provide tailored assistance that ensures every guest receives a memorable and seamless stay.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised assistance to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, and provide a smooth transition into their rooms.
• Coordinate special requests, preferences, and arrangements to create customised guest experiences.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local recommendations.
• Assist with room preparation, amenities, and guest arrangements according to individual preferences.
• Handle guest enquiries professionally and resolve concerns with discretion and efficiency.
• Liaise with different hotel departments to ensure guest requests are completed promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent etiquette in all guest interactions.
• Monitor guest needs and proactively offer support before requests are made.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Officer, Concierge, or similar luxury service role.
• Strong understanding of personalised guest service standards and professional etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful solutions.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a service-driven mindset.
• Ability to remain calm, discreet, and efficient in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations is an advantage.
