A luxury hotel is looking for a professional and attentive Butler to deliver exceptional personalized service to guests. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences, maintaining the highest service standards, and anticipating guest needs with discretion and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and luggage arrangements.
• Handle special requests, dining reservations, transportation, and activity bookings.
• Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments when required.
• Maintain guest suites to the highest presentation standards in coordination with Housekeeping.
• Ensure guest preferences are recorded and consistently met.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Uphold luxury service standards and contribute to an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Officer, or in a luxury hotel guest service role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of fine dining etiquette, formal service, and guest care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and polished grooming standards.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
