A professional dining establishment is looking for a polished and service-oriented Butler to provide exceptional guest care and ensure every dining experience is delivered with precision and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalised table service.
• Present menus, explain specials, and offer knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely meal delivery.
• Prepare and set dining areas to the required standard before service.
• Anticipate guest preferences and respond promptly to requests.
• Serve food and beverages using proper service techniques and etiquette.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining and service stations.
• Assist with private dining functions and special events when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Butler, Fine Dining Server, or in a similar guest service role within a restaurant.
• Strong understanding of formal dining etiquette and professional table service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed appearance with a courteous and professional attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
