Responsibilities

• Provide personalised guest service, anticipating needs before they are requested
• Assist guests with unpacking, packing, and wardrobe care
• Serve meals, drinks, and refreshments in-room or private dining settings
• Manage guest schedules, reservations, and special requests
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and front office teams
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
