Job Description

We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and service-oriented Bellhop to join our hotel team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating positive first impressions and providing exceptional guest service. As a Bellhop, you will assist guests with luggage, provide helpful information about hotel facilities, and ensure every arrival and departure is handled with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with carrying, transporting, and storing luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide directions or local information when needed.
• Coordinate with the front office to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of luggage storage areas.
• Deliver guest packages, messages, and requested items to rooms.
• Assist with arranging transportation when required.
• Handle guest belongings carefully and respectfully.
• Support other hotel departments during busy periods while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a guest service, porter, or customer-facing role is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage safely.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to remain active throughout the shift.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
