Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and attentive Bellhop to join our hotel team. You’ll be the welcoming face that helps guests feel at home from the moment they step through the doors. If you enjoy meeting people, staying active, and creating great first impressions, this role fits perfectly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
• Assist with luggage handling in a safe and professional manner
• Escort guests to rooms and introduce them to hotel facilities
• Provide information about services, directions, and local attractions
• Coordinate with the front desk and concierge for guest requests
• Maintain the entrance area in a neat and welcoming condition
• Support guest transportation arrangements when needed
• Ensure all interactions reflect excellent customer service standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage comfortably
• Polite, patient, and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to stay calm and helpful in busy environments
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations is a plus
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed
