Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic Bellhop to be one of the first welcoming faces guests meet at our hotel. This role is all about creating smooth arrivals and departures while offering attentive, thoughtful service that makes guests feel instantly at home.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
• Escort guests to and from their rooms with professionalism and care
• Provide basic information about hotel facilities and services
• Assist with transportation arrangements such as taxis or ride requests
• Deliver messages, packages, or guest items promptly
• Maintain a neat and presentable entrance and lobby area
• Support front desk operations during busy periods when needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, courteous, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to carry and move luggage safely and efficiently
• Good knowledge of basic customer service principles
• Ability to remain calm and helpful in busy or fast-paced situations
• Professional appearance and grooming standards
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an added advantage
