In a hotel where first impressions matter and every guest journey begins at the door, we are looking for a confident and well-organized Bell Captain to lead our bell service team and ensure guests experience seamless arrivals, departures, and in-house assistance. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality leadership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands the importance of excellent guest care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of bell attendants and porters
- Ensure smooth guest arrival and departure processes, including luggage handling
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with directions, inquiries, and hotel information
- Maintain order at the lobby and manage luggage storage securely
- Assign tasks to team members during peak check-in and check-out times
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to service needs
- Train new bell staff on service standards and hotel procedures
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams for smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bell service, porter, or front office support role in a hotel
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and customer service ability
- Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods
- Good knowledge of hospitality standards and guest handling etiquette
- Physically fit and able to assist with luggage handling when needed
- Professional appearance and friendly attitude
