Barista

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista to join our coffee shop team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, preparing quality beverages, and engaging with customers, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages.
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Recommend menu items and answer questions about beverages and food.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee preparation area, equipment, and seating areas.
• Replenish ingredients, cups, and supplies throughout each shift.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders correctly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
