Barista

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a friendly, skilled Barista who genuinely loves coffee and people. If you enjoy crafting beautiful drinks, creating a warm atmosphere, and turning first time guests into regulars, you will feel right at home with us. In our café, coffee is not just a drink. It is an experience. We want someone who takes pride in every cup and understands that a simple smile can brighten someone’s entire day.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages with consistency and care

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment confidently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas

• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments efficiently

• Engage with guests in a warm, professional manner

• Monitor stock levels and inform management when supplies are running low

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role

• Solid understanding of coffee brewing methods and espresso extraction

• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
