Job Description

A busy and welcoming cafe is looking for a reliable and energetic Barback to support daily beverage operations and help create a smooth, enjoyable experience for guests. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a great attitude, and love being part of a team, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Assist baristas and beverage staff with daily setup and service needs
• Restock coffee supplies, syrups, milk, cups, and other essentials throughout shifts
• Keep beverage stations clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Wash and maintain café equipment, utensils, and service areas
• Support inventory checks and notify supervisors when stock runs low
• Help maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across service areas
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an advantage
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to cleanliness
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and assist others
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting
