Job Description

We are on the lookout for an energetic and dependable Barback to join our café team. If you enjoy working behind the scenes, love a fast paced environment, and take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly, this could be a great fit for you. You will play an important role in supporting our baristas and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, cups, and other bar supplies throughout shifts

• Keep the bar area clean, tidy, and fully organized at all times

• Assist baristas with basic drink prep and garnishing when needed

• Wash glassware, utensils, and equipment promptly

• Receive and properly store deliveries

• Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors when supplies are low

• Support the team during busy periods to maintain efficient service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, bar, or restaurant environment is an advantage

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced setting

• Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate loads

• Team oriented attitude with good communication skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
