Bar Supervisor

Love the energy of a busy bar and know how to keep service running smoothly? We’re looking for a confident and hands-on Bar Supervisor to help lead daily bar operations, support the team, and create a welcoming atmosphere where guests enjoy excellent service every time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service during busy periods
• Support, guide, and motivate bar staff to maintain high service standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and replenishment
• Ensure beverages are prepared and served consistently and professionally
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally when needed
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the bar area
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift coordination
• Help train new team members and encourage teamwork

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, hospitality, or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
• Good understanding of customer service and bar operations
• Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and presentation
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
