A vibrant and fast-paced hospitality space is looking for a Bar Manager who knows how to keep energy high, service smooth, and guests coming back for more. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team, curating drink experiences, and keeping operations running like a well-tuned machine.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service during busy hours
• Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Develop and maintain a creative, appealing drinks menu
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor budgets, sales performance, and cost control

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a bar supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure environments
• Good financial awareness, including stock and cost management
• Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving ability
