Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
• Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and support staff
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and maintain excellent guest satisfaction
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the bar
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve service issues promptly
• Support menu planning, beverage promotions, and pricing strategies
• Monitor cash handling procedures and daily sales performance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bar operations, hospitality, or food and beverage management
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good understanding of beverage service, stock control, and bar operations
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
