Responsibilities

• Supervise all bar operations and ensure smooth day-to-day service
• Lead, train, and support bar staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
• Monitor quality of drinks and presentation standards
• Handle scheduling, shift planning, and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
• Manage cash handling and daily sales reporting
• Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Basic financial and inventory management skills
• Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
