Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar and ensure smooth service
• Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and support staff
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, and supplier orders
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards
• Create staff schedules and manage team performance
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Support menu development, promotions, and beverage quality control
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good knowledge of beverage operations, stock management, and cost control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organised under pressure
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
