Banquet Supervisor

Our hotel is committed to delivering polished events, attentive service, and memorable guest experiences across every banquet occasion. From formal dinners and corporate functions to weddings and private celebrations, our team ensures every event is organised with precision and professionalism. We are currently seeking a Banquet Supervisor to lead service operations, coordinate the banquet team, and maintain excellent standards throughout each event.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate room setups according to event requirements, schedules, and service standards.
• Brief team members on menus, guest expectations, service procedures, and assigned duties.
• Monitor food and beverage service to ensure timely and professional delivery.
• Work closely with the kitchen, front office, housekeeping, and event teams.
• Address guest requests, concerns, and special arrangements promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and table service.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor banquet supplies, equipment, and inventory requirements.
• Ensure hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, banquet operation, restaurant, or events environment.
• Strong knowledge of banquet service procedures and event coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and confident guest-service approach.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
