Assistant Manager
Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-loving Assistant Manager to help lead the daily operations of our busy coffee shop. If you enjoy creating great customer experiences, supporting a team, and making sure everything runs smoothly from open to close, you might be exactly who we need. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to the little details, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
Responsibilities

Support the Manager in overseeing daily coffee shop operations

Lead and motivate the team to deliver warm, friendly service

Ensure high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and presentation

Assist with staff scheduling and shift coordination

Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment

Support training and onboarding of new team members

Help drive sales and meet performance targets
Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a coffee shop or hospitality setting

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to lead by example and build a positive team culture

Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working flexible shifts, including weekends

Basic understanding of inventory management and daily sales reporting

A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
