Responsibilities

• Support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations
• Assist in supervising bartenders and service staff to ensure smooth service
• Help maintain stock levels, inventory records, and supplier coordination
• Ensure drinks are prepared and served to quality standards
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the bar area
• Handle customer concerns professionally and help create a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance support
• Help drive sales through excellent service and menu knowledge

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bar, lounge, or hospitality operations
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of beverages, stock handling, and bar procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
