Job Description

We are on the lookout for a confident, friendly Bartender to join our café team. If you love crafting great drinks, chatting with guests, and creating a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere, you might be exactly who we need. This is more than pouring drinks. It is about creating moments, recommending favorites, and making every guest feel welcome at the bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffees, mocktails, cocktails, fresh juices, and specialty drinks

• Engage warmly with guests, take orders accurately, and offer thoughtful recommendations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times

• Monitor stock levels and inform management of restocking needs

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

• Handle payments and operate the POS system efficiently

• Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth and timely service

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role

• Good knowledge of classic and contemporary drink recipes

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Confident, energetic, and well presented

• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy hours

• Basic math skills for handling payments
