Job Description

We are looking for a polished, attentive, and resourceful Concierge to join our hotel team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems on the spot, and creating memorable guest experiences, you might be exactly who we are looking for. As the face of our guest services team, you will play a key role in shaping each guest’s stay from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and serve as their primary point of contact for information and assistance

  • Provide recommendations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and local attractions

  • Handle guest requests such as reservations, bookings, special arrangements, and ticket purchases

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure seamless service

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local events

  • Assist VIP guests with personalized services and special requests

  • Keep accurate records of guest preferences to enhance repeat visits

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a customer facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Professional appearance and confident demeanor

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Good knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options

  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and booking platforms
