Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure service runs seamlessly

• Lead, train, and motivate the front- and back-of-house teams

• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and cleanliness

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering with suppliers

• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues quickly

• Manage schedules, labor, and overall team productivity

• Drive sales through smart promotions and upselling opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a café or similar hospitality outlet

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team

• Solid understanding of customer service best practices

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working with budgets, reports, and daily targets

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
