Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Fast Food Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will help create a positive customer experience by taking orders accurately, preparing and serving food efficiently, maintaining clean service areas, and supporting smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and can stay organised in a busy fast food environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections and orders.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to established standards.
• Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and presented properly.
• Maintain clean and organised counters, dining areas, and workstations.
• Restock food supplies, packaging, condiments, and other service items.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness procedures at all times.
• Respond politely to customer questions and resolve basic service concerns.
• Assist kitchen and service team members during busy periods.
• Monitor food presentation and report quality concerns to supervisors.
• Handle equipment and supplies responsibly.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast food restaurant, cafe, restaurant, or customer service environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine service tasks.
