Job Description

We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and service-oriented Bellhop to become part of our hotel team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating positive first impressions, assisting guests with their needs, and contributing to a welcoming environment. As a Bellhop, you will play an important role in ensuring every guest receives prompt, professional, and attentive service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal belongings.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of luggage storage areas and entranceways.
• Arrange transportation assistance when required.
• Deliver messages, parcels, and amenities to guest rooms.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Uphold hotel standards for appearance, professionalism, and guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bellhop, Porter, Concierge Assistant, or in a customer-facing role within a hotel is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Physically capable of lifting and transporting guest luggage safely.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards is desirable.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
