Join our hotel as a Bell Captain and lead the bell service team in delivering a smooth, professional, and welcoming arrival and departure experience for every guest. This position is ideal for an experienced individual with strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards while ensuring efficient luggage handling and guest assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate the bell team to provide outstanding guest service.
• Coordinate luggage handling for arriving, departing, and in-house guests.
• Welcome guests warmly and assist with directions, hotel information, and general enquiries.
• Ensure prompt escort of guests to their rooms while introducing hotel facilities and services.
• Organise transportation assistance, including taxis and guest vehicle coordination when required.
• Maintain accurate records of luggage storage and delivery.
• Ensure lobby, entrance, and baggage areas remain clean, organised, and presentable.
• Handle guest requests and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Monitor staff schedules and allocate daily assignments effectively.
• Enforce safety procedures and hotel service standards at all times.
• Work closely with the Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist with special events, VIP arrivals, and group check-ins as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bell Captain, Bell Attendant, Concierge, or in a similar guest service leadership role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Physically fit and able to lift and transport guest luggage safely.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
