Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our growing cafe. This role is ideal for someone who can develop innovative campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, increase customer loyalty, and deliver measurable business growth in a dynamic café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer traffic.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and product launches.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging digital content.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Build relationships with media partners, influencers, and local businesses.
• Oversee advertising, branding, and promotional materials to ensure consistency.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cafe management to create campaigns that support sales objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost effective campaign execution.
• Coordinate email marketing, loyalty programmes, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance the cafe’s online reputation by responding to customer feedback and reviews.
• Lead and support marketing team members, external agencies, or freelance creatives when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within a cafe, restaurant, food service, or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Experience planning and managing successful promotional campaigns.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong creative thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with graphic design tools or basic photo and video editing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
