A well-established hotel is looking for a vigilant and dependable CCTV Operator to help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively monitor surveillance systems, respond promptly to incidents, and support the hotel’s overall security operations. Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
• Observe, identify, and report suspicious activities or security concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Review recorded footage when requested for investigations or incident reporting.
• Respond promptly to alarms and notify the appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Coordinate with the security team during emergencies and routine operations.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning correctly and report technical faults.
• Control access to restricted areas when required through monitoring systems.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling surveillance footage and security information.
• Follow hotel security policies, procedures, and legal regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator, Security Officer, or in a similar surveillance role within a hotel or related environment.
• Valid CCTV operation certification or relevant security training is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CCTV monitoring systems, recording equipment, and security procedures.
• Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to remain alert and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Good computer literacy and experience maintaining digital records.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the security team.
