A busy cafe is looking for a dependable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for customers and team members. If you take pride in keeping spaces spotless, work efficiently, and pay close attention to detail, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise dining areas, counters, and service stations.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as required.
• Clean restrooms and replenish toiletries and cleaning supplies.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste following hygiene procedures.
• Wipe and disinfect tables, chairs, windows, and other surfaces.
• Clean kitchen support areas, storage rooms, and staff facilities.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment promptly.
• Restock cleaning materials and notify supervisors when supplies are low.
• Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks according to the cleaning schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience in a cafe, restaurant, hotel, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Good understanding of cleaning methods and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and well organised.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
