Shift Supervisor

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and leading a team in a fast-paced café environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily coffee shop operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead, train, and support baristas and service team members.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and prepare shift reports.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards throughout the premises.
• Manage stock levels and report inventory shortages.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Delegate tasks effectively and maintain a positive team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a café, coffee shop, or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of cash management and point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is desirable.
