A serene and luxury hotel spa is seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join its wellness team. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the art of relaxation, rejuvenation, and personalized guest care. You will play a key role in creating a calm, restorative experience for every guest who walks through the spa doors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of spa treatments including massages, body therapies, and facials
• Assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness routines
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and spa cleanliness at all times
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure a soothing environment before and after sessions
• Provide excellent customer service with a calm, professional approach
• Keep accurate records of treatments and guest preferences
• Support spa operations and collaborate with other wellness team members

Qualifications

• Proven experience in spa therapy, massage therapy, or a related wellness role
• Strong knowledge of body treatments, relaxation techniques, and skincare practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Professional attitude with attention to detail and guest comfort
• Certification in massage or spa therapy training is an advantage
• Passion for wellness, self-care, and holistic health
