Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for all hotel departments
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and ensure smooth integration into hotel culture
• Identify skills gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with operational needs
• Maintain up-to-date training materials and standard operating procedures
• Coach supervisors and team leads on effective staff development practices
• Support continuous improvement in guest service standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a training or learning and development role within hospitality
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
