Training Manager
Job Description
A leading hospitality establishment is looking for a skilled and people-focused Training Manager to elevate service standards, develop talent, and strengthen a culture of excellence across all departments. Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs for all hotel departments
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and ensure smooth integration into hotel culture
- Identify skills gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with operational needs
- Maintain up-to-date training materials and standard operating procedures
- Coach supervisors and team leads on effective staff development practices
- Support continuous improvement in guest service standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a training or learning and development role within hospitality
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to design structured training programs and workshops
