Fitness Instructor

A luxury hotel gym is looking for a motivated and energetic Fitness Instructor to deliver exceptional wellness experiences to guests. If you are passionate about health, movement, and helping people feel their best while traveling, this role offers a vibrant and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging fitness sessions including strength training, cardio, stretching, and mobility work
• Assist hotel guests with personalized workout guidance and safe exercise techniques
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional gym environment
• Conduct basic fitness assessments and tailor routines to individual guest needs
• Demonstrate proper use of gym equipment and ensure guest safety at all times
• Support wellness programs, group classes, and hotel fitness events
• Report equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed

Qualifications

• Certification in Fitness Instruction, Personal Training, or a related field
• Proven experience in a gym, hotel, wellness center, or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, body mechanics, and fitness programming
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to motivate and guide individuals of varying fitness levels
• Professional appearance and high level of personal fitness
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards in fitness facilities
