A reputable hotel is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and managing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and quality standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure excellent performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the purchase of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and manage departmental budgets.
• Address guest concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain high levels of attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and departmental reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Proficiency in the use of hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
