This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining consistency, and delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Monitor brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance and beverage quality.
• Grind, brew, and batch coffee while maintaining consistency throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and work areas.
• Monitor coffee bean freshness and assist with inventory management.
• Educate customers on coffee offerings, brewing methods, and product recommendations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Provide warm, professional, and attentive customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Coffee Brewer, Barista, or in a similar food and beverage role is an advantage.
• Good understanding of coffee preparation techniques, brewing methods, and beverage quality standards.
• Ability to operate coffee brewing equipment and grinders safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively during busy periods.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
