Job Description

Are you someone who enjoys keeping finances organized, spotting details others miss, and helping a business stay financially healthy? We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our hotel team and play an important role in managing financial operations, reporting, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking documents
  • Monitor accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
  • Ensure proper financial controls and compliance with company procedures
  • Assist management with financial planning and cost management strategies
  • Supervise accounting staff and support smooth departmental operations
  • Review invoices, payments, and vendor transactions for accuracy
  • Help prepare monthly and yearly financial statements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or hotel financial management
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Good understanding of accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Professional certification or accounting-related training is an advantage
