Responsibilities

• Brew coffee and specialty beverages to quality and consistency standards
• Monitor coffee freshness, brewing times, and ingredient quality
• Prepare and maintain brewing equipment, grinders, and coffee stations
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Assist with stock checks and report low inventory when needed
• Provide friendly customer interaction and answer basic questions about drinks
• Support the team during busy service hours to maintain smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coffee preparation, café service, or hospitality is an advantage
• Good understanding of brewing techniques and beverage preparation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency
• Friendly attitude with good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to coffee shop procedures
• Good time management and a positive work ethic
