Position Context

A high-end coastal resort environment is seeking a Guest Experience Executive responsible for curating memorable, personalized guest journeys from arrival through departure. This role blends hospitality operations with customer experience design.

Key Deliverables

  • Design and execute personalized guest engagement strategies
  • Coordinate arrivals, departures, and special occasion experiences
  • Act as a liaison between guests and internal departments
  • Capture guest feedback and translate insights into service improvements
  • Support loyalty initiatives and repeat guest engagement programs

Professional Requirements

  • Background in hospitality, tourism, or guest relations
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence
  • Experience with CRM or guest experience platforms
  • Multilingual ability is an added advantage
